A big-screen multimedia laptop is difficult to find for under a grand, but Dell’s Inspiron 17r has done it. Normally less than $1,000 at $710, the laptop is $160 off today plus free shipping, making the Dell Inspiron 17r $550, through a deal with LogicBUY.
When we reviewed the laptop, we liked its vibrant display, good gaming performance, switchable lids, impressive battery life, above-average speakers and Blu-ray drive. We weren’t impressed with its fingerprint-magnet lid and long boot time, but the laptop still earned four out of five stars in our rating.
