This affordable handset features low-profile specs when compared to massive super-phones (such as the Galaxy Nexus) but it still earned a spot in our Top 10 Smartphones list. That’s because for $50 bucks, Pantech adds in a 4-inch display that may be small on pixels (800 x 480) but boasts 500 lux of shine. The Burst’s 1.2-GHz dual-core processor and AT&T 4G LTE speeds mean this player has much to commend it.
